Products Sold: TAPITAP sells hand-woven rugs and tapestries, as well as general home décor items. We also offer custom-made rugs and tapestries, created based on customer consultations.
Product Exclusions: Custom-made products are not eligible for returns. We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price before starting work on custom items.

Prices: Prices are clearly displayed on the online store archive and product pages. Shipping is free and is indicated clearly on the checkout page. For custom-made products, the price is set before work begins, with a non-refundable 50% deposit required upfront.
